DELIVERY & RETURNS
All tissue paper poms are handmade to order, therefore it is usually impossible for us to process and despatch orders the same day (we're sure you understand!). We aim to turn all orders around and despatch within 5 working days (excluding delivery) unless otherwise stated on the shop page. For very large orders it may take us a little longer so do let us know if anything is needed urgently.
Need something in a hurry? Please contact us and we can see what we can do! We are also happy to upgrade to a recorded or next day delivery service (at an additional cost) for peace of mind if you have a tight deadline for delivery.
All items are sent using either Royal Mail or DPD. Orders under £15 are sent on a standard 1st class service, if you do wish to upgrade to a signed for service please let us know. We obtain proof of postage on all orders sent and cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Please note: We have a minimum order of 10 hanging lanterns. For orders of less than 10 lanterns we reserve the right to charge an additional £3 to cover postage costs.
We are more than happy to send our poms, lanterns and garlands to all you lovely people outside of the UK. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping price.
Tissue Paper Poms, Crepe Paper Roses & Garland Orders - Unfortunately as all tissue paper poms, roses and tassel garlands are handmade to order we are unable to except returns unless there has been an error on our part (wrong colour/size sent out). If you are unsure on colours please contact us beforehand and we will happily send you as many tissue paper swatches as you like free of charge.
We make sure our all of our products are made to the highest standard but in the event of you receiving an item that is not 100% perfect please let us know and we will look to rectify the problem.
Hanging Lantern Orders - We hope you will be happy with your purchases but in the unfortunate event that you change your mind you have a seven working day cooling-off period to notify us that you wish to return the product/s. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, excluding the cost of sending the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
For any other reason (for example if you claim that the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you within a reasonable period of time as to whether you are entitled to a refund. We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Please note: You must contact us to arrange a return before sending an item/s back, we can not accept returns that are returned without pre-authorisation.
